Hi I'm Blossom
Caribbean-born designer, strategist, and founder of Jade Agard Design. I build templates and tools that help brand designers run a smoother, more confident business from the first client inquiry to the final handoff.
I didn’t start out making templates. I spent years in the thick of it, client projects, late nights, messy handoffs, and the particular frustration of being good at the creative work but constantly reinventing the business side of it. Every project felt like starting from scratch. Every deliverable was a new puzzle.
That’s the problem I kept seeing, not just in my own work, but in designers around me. Talented people burning out, undercharging, and spending more time formatting documents than actually designing. So I started building the systems I wished I’d had. Templates that were actually designed well. Guides that explained the thinking behind them, not just the steps. Resources that treated designers like the professionals they are.
That’s what DesignerOS is. A library built from real project experience, refined through real client work, and designed to make your business feel less chaotic and more like something you’re genuinely in control of.
I’m based in Trinidad & Tobago, which means I’ve built this entirely on my own terms without the safety net of a local design community or a market that made it easy. That context matters to me, and it shapes everything I make. If it doesn’t work in the real world, it doesn’t make it into the library.
